" This building is amongst a group of four significant and stylish Inter War structures" from Rotorua CBD Built Heritage Study. Check out the history of it's use here. Built c1927.
This building is currently getting an artistic makeover [March 2014] so watch this space for photographs of the transformation.
Local artists Jacob Chrisohoou and an Auckland artist known as Jonny4higher at work on the Pink and White Terraces Mural.

Mrs Kemey's Dairy was on the corner of Tutanekai & Pukuatua, part of the Inverness Buildings tenants, also here at this site was Willy Bow's fruit & Vegetable Shop
