Pukuatua Street

Roy Archibald remembers the Plunket building being where McLeod's Booksellers is now, upstairs was also used by Doctors as their medical rooms.  There were also Public Toilets on the ground floor which were reached by going down the corridor next to the shop.

The shop on the street has been occupied by : "Bedspreads and Manchester" ; Pettits Drapery  and now of course McLeod's (2013)

Plunket has relocated to a property opposite Kuirau Park, 1436 Pukuatua Street.
