There are several of these still dotted around the CBD that are still used for residents, and a number that have been renovated and re-purposed.

Original Plan of Sorenson House, Whakaue Street From the Lake end of town...

Fenton Street : (from Whakaue Street to Amohau Street) No. 1126, c1930 currently Aroma Cafe (was Grapevine Restaurant in 1980s until c2002) No. 1130 c1930s?

Whakaue Street : No's 1066, (was no. 6 Giesen Family), 1146 (was the Misses St Clair c1937), 1188 (built for Mrs Sorenson c1934) Matheson's

This original plan was submitted to Council to be built for Sorenson's on Whakaue Street

Pukaki Street : No 1076 Mrs F. Beale's c1934, No. 1202 built c1927 (cnr Rangiuru Street opposite the Regent Motel)  was Grapevine Restaurant cnr Pukaki & Fenton Street,  No. 1155, No. 1151 c1950, No. 1131.

Haupapa Street (up to Ranolf Street): No.1221 formerly was a boarding house (c1930s), No. 1239 Kerry Grant Photography & Doctor's Rooms. 

Pukuatua Street (up to Ranolf Street) : No 1076 Grosvenor Flats c1935, No. 1276 (Beckett's)

Hinemoa Street (up to Ranolf Street) : No 1282 (Built for architect Edward La Trobe Hill), No. 1271 (Gardener family Villa c1903)

Eruera Street (up to Ranolf Street) : No. 1280 c1958, No. 1284 c1952, No.1287 c1934.

Amohau Street (between Fenton and Ranolf Streets) :  No. 1221, The Spa Lodge was once two Bed & Breakfasts / Boarding Houses side by side. The Leemon's Station Guesthouse and Oakleigh. Later renamed the "New Spa Guesthouse"
