Scrapbook put together by Mrs Sim in 1930s when Jean Batten made her world breaking flight from New Zealand to England. and donated by her son to the library in June 1976. The articles are predominantly cuttings from "The Weekly News" Auckland and "Otago Daily Times" included are some letters also which record the donation and donator.
This scrapbook is in the Heritage Collection of Rotorua District Library, Don Stafford Room, 2nd Floor.
