Built 1964 connected to the Bath-house by a covered walkway.
Built in 1964 it was then known as The Sportsdrome for £100,000, renamed "The Rotorua Sports & Conference Centre" in December 1974, then in September 1994 it was renamed again, back to "Sportsdrome" and since 2005, when work began, this building became part of the larger "Rotorua Energy Events Centre" which opened in 2007.
